Well, if my blistered right index finger is any indication how long I worked on my sweater this weekend, you will understand the pain I'm now going through when I realized that one of the decreases for the shoulder seem was going to be on my back! Oh, it was a horrendous realization, one that I chose not to depict on this site.
The pattern I'm using is not that intuitive and they tend to leave out some steps, so I anticipated they meant one thing (moving the markers) when clearly they did not. So rather than be unhappy with a putrid sweater, I thought it would be best to unravel to the cabled yolk and try again. As M keeps pointing out, 'It's a learning experience.'
Tonight after my class, I'm going to continue unraveling and restart....Oh the horror!
