Well, #2 just called and is sending over a contract with the quote to M sometime tonight. M was just saying earlier that he was doubting this guy would get back to us but I told him that I thought he would. We were going to give him through tomorrow and then we were going to call. This is a breath of fresh air that he called us before we had to chase him down. After we review the contract (if we decide to go with him), he's going to start bringing over samples of flooring. He says that he can beat our first quote but only by $200.
I personally thought it was strange that he would ask how much we were quoted and stranger that M told him, look what happens when I leave the room!
